COSTS AND CHARGING

Hi All Unfortunately I've had to register for VAT which means my prices have had to go up by 20%, sorry about that.

Above all I like to keep what I charge absolutely transparent, so I have added some costs below and the different ways I can work with you in order to be as flexible as possible.

Call outs for small jobs

This is for small jobs where its not really worth quoting, such as: dripping taps, catching doors, adjusting various things. 1st hour £35.00 (minimum charge), every subsequent hour £22.00.

Remember if a job takes just 10 minutes, I can try to fix any of those other niggles you have in that hour. If I have to go out for materials I'm afraid this is included in the time unless you know what I need in advance.

Quoted works

I will come and quote for anything that will need measuring essentially and these quotes are free of any charge.

I can provide a quote with materials or without, but please bear in mind to agree what materials you are buying with me in advance. In my experience some people buy cheap but the quality is poor and it takes twice as long to fit. For larger projects I can give you a shopping list and you buy the materials.

Its better for the small jobs, if I get materials and then you have a total guaranteee of the fitted product.
